- 1/2 cup sliced button mushrooms
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sherry cooking wine
- 3 cups dried egg noodles
How to make it
- Brown ground meat; drain and set aside **Make sure you season the meat here (2 parts salt, 1 part pepper to taste)
- In the same pan (should be empty at this point) cook onions and garlic on med heat until the onions become somewhat clear
- Turn heat up to med-high and deglaze the pan with the sherry
- Let the sherry reduce by half then add mushrooms, soup, sour cream, and cooked beef
- In separate pot, cook egg noodles according to instructions on the box
- Add cooked noodles to the sauce, mix it well, and serve.
